What We Do.

We provide strategies to help our clients address…

  • Mental and Behavior Health Diagnosis – In addition to having licensed therapists on staff, we also have licensed outpatient therapists who our clients are required to meet with at least once a month.
  • Conflict Resolution – Sometimes, it can feel like someone else just isn’t hearing what we have to say. But often, someone who looks like they are not listening may actually behave that way because they don’t feel like they are being listened to or heard either.
  • Anger Management – Imagine the children who can basically shut a classroom down because they are throwing desks. They are picking up furniture, throwing anything they can, trying to climb out of a window, hitting themselves, hitting other people. These children are often misdirecting their emotions at people who didn’t do anything to cause the anger or frustration.
  • Parenting Skills – Our family sessions are a vehicle for providing parenting strategies. These strategies are for the parent to use, but they are directly related to the child’s need.
  • Substance Abuse – Even though some people are very functional addicts who can hide it well, there are many addicts who are not able to maintain normal living skills because of their addiction. Perhaps you are not paying your bills the way you should be or you are utilizing overspending to cover life responsibilities.
  • Daily Living Skills – We believe in teaching our clients how to tap into and utilize the services that are there for them. We want our clients to know what resources are available and how to navigate those services.
